If you have a city with runoff provisions, that ballot is due by Thursday. School elections have a Friday deadline. "Regular" cities have a Monday deadline.<br /><br />So, what happens when the ballot of a voter in a runoff city shows up in the mail on Friday morning? It's too late to be counted for the city races, but would be "on time" for the school races.
