Well they're playing a meaningless game now and another one tomorrow night. Here's what matters:
Sunday, January 9
Despite the home tundra advantage, it's always tough to beat the same team three times in one season. And those two wins were both on last second field goals. And one of those games was only last week... the Pack will be prepped but so will Minnesota.
"Playing a team three times. We're very familiar with them and vice versa, but it really doesn't matter," Favre said.
Is it just me or does it seem wrong to be ending the regular season in the next calendar year? And they've got the useless, counterproductive two week gap before the Super Bowl again (to push it into February TV sweeps month).
More coverage: Apparantly this is the first EVER Packer-Viking matchup in the postseason. Any maybe it was meaningless but it's sure nice to beat Da Bears.
