Linux Friday: An Experiment
The video card on the main laptop is fried. A couple weeks for repair. In the interim, my office is a disaster zone of cables and pulled-out furniture as my regular system is disrupted.
It looks like my best bet for an interim #1 desktop is this 700 MHz Celeron running Puppy Linux. I gave it a brief review before, but it looks like I'm spending a couple weeks getting to know Puppy better. Stay tuned.
